The workshop teaches students how to use an expert-level, problem-solving process, options analysis, end-to-end test-taking strategies, time- and stress-management techniques. The workshop also includes five 8-hour performance assessments with troubleshooting and configurations sections each, which are graded and returned with interactive Mentor Guide feedback. Performance assessments are delivered on IOS on Linux (IOL) platform. Upon completing this course, the learner will be able to meet these overall objectives:
